5 reasons to join us for Salesforce Growth Camp on 3/22

I wanted to give you a heads-up about an exciting event coming up at the DEC. On March 22, the Dallas Entrepreneur Center is proud to host Salesforce Growth Camp, a free half-day conference specifically for small and midsize business teams. The good people at Salesforce try hard to include “everything” you need to grow your business. “Everything” means several hard-hitting sessions on pertinent topics, panels of local leaders and entrepreneurs, partners who cater to the small business crowd, and workshops with tech experts. Plus, happy hour!

This is not your regular coffee-and-bagel seminar. If you haven’t been to a Salesforce event before, it’s definitely worth your time. Here are five reasons to join us for Growth Camp.

1) The wisdom of Mike Kreaden from Salesforce Accelerator.
I’m particularly excited to see Mike Kreaden there. Mike has been with Salesforce in so many capacities over his 16 years there; he’s currently the Managing Director for Salesforce Accelerate, an incubator program for startups. He’ll offer a virtual tour of what's driving startups today and share a blueprint for accessing capital, counsel, and connections.

2) Advice from marketing guru Mathew Sweezey.

Mathew Sweezey knows a thing or two about marketing. He’s the premier marketing automation thought leader, author of Marketing Automation for Dummies, and a keynote speaker on demand generation, marketing trends, and B2B marketing. He’ll let you in on the latest ways high performance marketing can help small teams achieve big growth.

3) Sessions on building high performance sales, marketing, and service teams.

Salesforce sessions are not only informative, they’re notoriously practical and fun. Hear from some of Dallas-Fort Worth’s greatest minds, including leaders from MUV Transportation, BlueWater Learning, Nepris, Buzzshift, and Fort Knox Security.

  • How Small Marketing Teams Can Deliver Big Results - 2:00 - 2:40 p.m.

  • Expert Tips to Building a High Performing Sales Team - 2:50 - 3:30 p.m.

  • Secrets to Managing Customer Relationships - 3:40 - 4:20 p.m.

4) Hands-on workshops.

Salesforce, of course, will be all hands on deck for Salesforce Essentials, the new CRM designed specifically for small businesses. They’ll have tech experts ready to answer any of your questions and help you get started with a trial account. Interested? Register for a 40-minute Growth Camp Workshop when you register for the event.

5) Networking.

Personal connections are so valuable, and you never know who’ll you’ll meet at an event like this. Unwind after the sessions over cocktails and appetizers as you get to know the Dallas business community.

So you can see why I’m excited about the event. Here’s the link to register. I hope you’ll join us at the Dallas Entrepreneur Center on March 22.
